We want you to be happy with your NovaInk order. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos.

Damaged or wrong items

If the item is damaged in delivery or you received the wrong product, we will review the case and help with a replacement or suitable solution.

Custom designs

Custom prints are made based on the image and notes you provide, so they may not be returnable unless there is a production issue.

لو وصلك منتج تالف أو غلط، ابعتلنا تفاصيل الطلب وصور واضحة في أقرب وقت. التصميمات المخصصة بتتنفذ بناءً على الصورة والملاحظات اللي بتتبعت، لذلك لا تُسترجع إلا في حالة وجود مشكلة تنفيذ واضحة.
